pcba design

I am familiar with Cadence and Mentor Graphics software suits for schematic capture in layout thanks to a couple internships.

I have some experience in SPICE and MATLAB thanks to university.

Are there any other software tools I may find handy during a career in pcba design? Should I bother brushing up on PSPICE and MATLAB?
