need the procedure for importing CDL files to schematics

hi there,
I have a ASIC library, it contains a CDL file which is the schematics for
all the standard cells
in my ASIC library. However I cant import the file into my Design Framework
II. someone said I have to change some of the CDL file.I want to know what
is the procedure for importing CDL files to schematics.
