How does a CN version differ from PLC S7-200?

What different S7-200 CN and S7-200 without CN.
My proggram error downloading for S7-200 CN.
Pls, help me

The Siemens "PLC S7-200 CN" hardware is intended for sale & use in China (Siemens SIMATIC S7-200 Asia Version - CN)... so change the language on Micro/WIN to Chinese. It'll work.

As I cannot read chinese, I cannot tell what the difference is between the two.
