i2c unique id

Can someone help me to suggest an IC with an I2C or SPI interface that has a Unique Identifier that I can embed in my design?.. The chip itself will give the Unique address ..

unique id chip

Dallas Semi/Maxim has a Silicon Serial Number chip with an I2C interface - P/N: DS28CM00

Microchip has an I2C serial EEPROM with a "Pre-programmed Globally Unique, 48-bit Node Address" - part number: 24AA02E48

I know there are others available, but off the top-of-my-head, I don't know who makes them
