Hi, all,

Can anyone tell me where I can find some useful resources about
analog/mixed-signal testing? Especially in BIST.

Thanks a lot.

Ted

You can check the following book:
"An Introduction to Mixed Signal IC test and Measurements"
- Mark Burn, Gordon W. Roberts
- ISBN: 0-19-514016-8

BIST is the digital realm, not feasable for analog. That mixed signal test book will be your best reference, but search for some old posts I made on op-amp testing to give you an idea about how analog test is done.

Professor Gordon Robert's website should be anyone's starting point for BIST and onchip test fixtures.

I saw this book in the ebook upload forum. You can search for that.

Super thanks, guys!!

One of my lab mates is going to do RF-BIST so I think BIST is
not only for digital but also suitable for analog/mixed-signal
area now.
