ADS problem - error detected during netlist flattening

ADS problem

Hi
When I set up a data file in my Simulation, I get the following error:
Error detected by HPEESOFSIM during netlist flattening. While evaluating expression File `..\my_file.mdf' read error: The input file is either inaccessible or has no data available.
What does this error message mean?
