How to link external vendor spice models to Altium Designer?

spice model in altium designer

Help.

For example, from national.com I downloaded the Ultra Librarian for importing of a LM555CM footprint and symbol as a xx.lia file, but after importing into Altium Designer I am not sure how to link the LM555CM (or any other external vendor parts) to the xxx.lia file? Or is it also included as well, just that I couldn't locate it?
