Is there an universal 3x4 matrix keypad pin layout?

Are all 3x4 keypads the same,indipendent of the manufacturer,i mean the pin layouts

No, there is no universal pinout. While you will find some manufacturers are similar, others are not. Many years ago, I made the mistake of assuming they were all equal. I bought several keypads at a very low price only to find out they were nothing like the pinout I had used.
