usb interface with fpga

I am doing a project using Digilents pegasus board, Xilinx spartan FPGA. I need to interface the board with a usb. Is there any way to interface the board with the a usb module?
actually i need to interface a camera with the FPGA . Since a usb webcam is easily available i choose it. is there any other way to interface a camera with FPGA
