Must have skills

1+ years of relevant VLSI exp.
Verilog/VHDL fully proficient
Simulation, verification, synthesis
EDA tools
Strong Digital fundamentals
UNIX/LINUX and Windows - full proficiency as a user
Very good communication & presentation skills
