Need resources on low power in a bist digital design

low power bist 2009

I am interested about low power in a bist digital design but i have complete confuse.Is any one who have resources or any other information about this concept???

I need information for both of them (Memory BIST, Logic BIST).
But my speciall interest is for Logic Bist.
If you have informations/resources please upload it or give it to me by private message.

They are popular topics. You can find many stuffs by searching google.

If you want to go indepth, IEEE papers can help you.
