mmsim71 installation problem

Trying to install mmsim710 on CENT OS 5.2 I met a problem.

In the insallscape log file I see:

"Error Installing Component: oaRedist_lnx86 File: kits/oaRedist22.04-p005lnx86"

Further something like:
"Could not unpack /path/file.t.Z
com.khanpur.util.zip"

Is there any solution?
 

I have the same problem.
