Help needed for design of monopole antenna

Hi,

I need some help for my design. I have placed capacitors at the end of my monopole antenna but when i change my dielectric of my coaxial cable to air due to my return loss is very poor, my capacitors cannot be used. Could someone help me please?

I have attached my design.
