looking for a cheap and good DSP starter kit

cheap dsp starter kits

I am looking for a cheap and good DSP starter kit in the market. COuld anyone suggest some please? Microchip, analog or etc? Actually, I want to learn how to program C language on the hardware side in order to increase oppurtunity to get a job in this area. Any one can advices? Thx.

maybe less than USD$150...

Actually I think the TI piccolo (means "small" in italian) have most affordable price in development kit and devices too!
