can any one help me to get the design of voltage controlled oscillator
i want to design the specified frequency bands with single vco....
1710MHz-1880M,
1565M-1585MHz
880MHz-960MHz

i want to design it with the inversion mode varactor diode can u tell me the procedure...

You would probably require a hyper abrupt varactor to get that much tuning. I suggest you take say the 900 Mhz band and design an oscillator using any of the standard configuration.Make sure all values of capacitors in the circuit are set so that the varactor dominates. Then try using a simulation tool like ads or cadence to tweek the oscillator to sweep with varactor capacitance.
