how can you say C..can u or anyone plz explain..actually i'm learning analog layout techniques...thanks for yr prompt reply..
 

C has M1 and M2 arranged in a common centroid layout.
 

what other patterns shows waht kind of matching and when the other styles used during analog layout ...can u please elaborate more.

that is for symmetry so that all elements may experience the same environment such as heat etc.
