Please clear my doubts in automotive embedded system.

1. What are different types of memories that will be present in typical microcontroller ?
2. what is Flash Memory ?
3. What is SDRAM ?
4. what is FRAM ?
5. what are differences between Flash Memory, SDRAM and FRAM ?

The details I found from the Wikipedia site ...those are really helpful ...
just go through the links mentioned below ....

A modern microcontroller consists of flash ROM for code storage, SRAM and EEPROM..
