What is saturation threshold voltage?

saturation threshold voltage

I am looking at saturation threshold voltage (Vtsat) in the ITRS website, and cannot find any definition for that. On the other hand the papers in literature discuss several different methods to calculate Vtsat, based on constant current, max. gm and etc.

Does anybody have any idea what definition the ITRS uses?
