Pspice configuration of setup files problem

Pspice configuration

I recently installed the student version of pspice 9.1. I installed fine on my laptop, however when I tried to install on my desktop I do not get the PSpcie simulation menu selection on the menu bar. I used the exact same setup file for both installations. Any ideas or can someone point me to a forum that might be more focused on Pspice.
