voltage booster

I am trying to find a way to increase voltage between a battery and a dc motor. My battery is a basic 7.4 volt LiPO battery and completely charged it puts out 8.4volts. I am trying to find a way to boost the voltage to around 10.0volts before the power reaches the motor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
