I got PM3267 if that is of any help. $15-$20 will get you right manual scanned download, but you already know that. Scope I had, Pm3267 had a lot of special hybrid IC's made by Phillips. I don't have to mention that no information or replacement is available on those. Very difficult scope for repair.
