about FM demodulator

Hi all,
i am designing a FM PLL demodulator, i have two question:
1.how the noise of the demodulator decreases the SNR of output signal, can we analysis it likes plls?
2.I want to know the noise transfunction from FM carrier to FM demodulated signal, when the demodulator is ideal.
sorry for my poor english.

think in advance.
