About FLASH MEMORY

Dear all
My project need's 64kB,1.8v FLASH/OTP memory.I had a ARM(Artison)..but not shows any related Flash memories.ARM catalog contains SRAM e.t.c..I need FLASH Mem or EEPROM...How can i get?? any other option??
