Post-route simulation problem

Hi everybody!

When I simulation my description (post-route) I have seen problem. The out signal change at about few ns. I don't know what I do wrong, becasue the signal which control on other siganl don't change value.

I attached screen from simluation.

with out viewing sorce code it is quite difficult to give answer
