Hello to all. Recently I found an old pcb and I cannot find any info about this part:

NEC Japan, 9021R7
A0325084 7811-576

It has funny dual inline package with 64 pins, and every second pin is bended before its neighbour pin. If someone knows something, pls post it.

ps. I tried to google part and rest, but nothing.
