Help for post-simulation through Calibre pex and Hspice

calibre post simulation

can u attach u r netlist so that i can try simulating!!

Thank you for your reply, but I am sorry I can not attach the netlist here.
The resistor subcircuit can be recognized by changing the XX to rx, for example:
XXI18/RR0__1 N_MR_XI18/RR0__1_pos X290/noxref_5 rpo1 109.957 w=4.5e-06 l=6e-05
to
rXI18/RR0__1 N_MR_XI18/RR0__1_pos X290/noxref_5 rpo1 109.957 w=4.5e-06 l=6e-05

The netlist check has passed, but when simulating, another error has come:

when I use the netlist generated by Calibre PEX, it will show that:
