Reason of x-ray in tv and where gathers x-ray ?

Hi, does anybody know what is the reason of x-ray in tv and where is gather x-ray ? back side or rear side of tv?

The origin of x-rays is the decceleration of electrons impacting the front sreen of crt.
The cinetic energy must be radiated, and at acceleration potentials above some 10 k volts the radiation is in the x-ry band
