How to solve the maze in micromouse competition?

Hi,
I want to know what's the best way to solve the maze in micromouse competition.Any links would be greatly appreciated.

Can you elaborate or at least give me an idea about the maze?

The maze comprise of 16 x 16 multiples of an 18 cm x 18 cm unit square. The walls constituting the maze is 5 cm high and 1.2 cm thick. Passageways between the walls shall be 16.8 cm wide. The outside wall shall enclose the entire maze.

What is the goal?

To map the whole maze or to find a certain position?

Bellman floodfill, depth first search, breadth first search, etc..

google "micromouse algorithm" or sth similar will give you a lot..
