I'm in trouble with the input match of a LNA (Fig. 1). The impedance of Zin1 is very small because of the capacitors Cb and Cp. Cb is the parasitical capacitor of the bondwire and the package, and Cp is the parasitical capacitor of the pad and the ESD. Althought I can convert real(Zin) to 50 Ohm, impedance match and noise match can not achieve simultaneously.
How can I realize impedance match and noise match simultaneously?
**Note:1 The frequency is 1.5GHz.
2 Low power is desired, so W/L of M1 can not be very large.
3 Ls is an on-chip inductor.
