SAT, STEP, IGES and other 3D CAD Format converter?

step 3d format

I need to convert between SAT and STEP and other 3D CAD formats (and all possible combinations of import-export) to use these models in various 3D modeling software.

Which program would you recommend to use as a professional converter between these various formats?

EDIT: After a long search I came across Transmagic. This is exactly what I wanted...

You may also try CAD Exchanger (https://www.cadexchanger.com) which offers conversion among multiple formats (IGES, STEP, VRML, STL, ACIS-SAT, X3D, etc).
Beta is available for free download.
