Time needed for floating point vs fixed point operations

Hello,

Do you know a table/ classification/ benchmark used to determine the time needed to multiply in fixed point vs floating point for CPUs starting with Pentium 2 to Pentium 4 and AMD. Also the time needed to compute sin and cos in floating point, to determine if it would be better to use a look up table and series expansion computation.
