HI
NOW I WANT TO ADD E-FUSE IN OUR CHIP
can you give some circuit and method of e-fuse
thank you very much

Use a small series resistor to sense the current., amplify it's voltage to control a thyristor. Normal Power-FETs may not do the job.

A regular thyristor can be used as a crowbar device only, that's actually the opposite of a fuse to my opinion, a fuse-destroyer. To be honest, there are so much of possible electronic fuse circuits, that you should tell some basic specification.

thank you
in my thought the fuse is used to generator the '1' and '0' to latch for control some switch.

are you asking about trim circuit?
