Tmax error: memory (deinter_ram/mem) has no write ports and no init file

i had set the deinter_ram black_box, why it error again?

Error: Memory (deinter_ram/mem) has no write ports and no init file. (B24-1)

U need to find out the corresponding init file. when u r laoding the design, then load the init file for that. just check. I also faced this problem

u mean the rom content file?
but i dont know what file is the ram init file?

can u give a file format or the method to generate ?

i use memory compiler to generate the memory and the content files, just like *.rcf.
the rom.v which i generate has a initial commond like

initial
$readmemb("rom_verilog.rcf", mem );

and i put the rcf file in the correct path.
is that ok?
but the error apperas again.
