cadence : function to create skill file to build cell

hi

I'm looking for a Cadence skill function. This function allow to save a design(schematic or layout) in a skill file. This file contains all informations (cell view properties, instances etc ...) When you launch this file the design is automatically rebuild.
I wan't to write a perl flow to migrate automatically a design from a design kit to an other (same technology) parsing this skil file
