Conducibility mesurement ?

Hi to every boby, i'm serching some idea to desing a mesurement conducibility.
I have a electrode with K= 0.1, my target is mesure around 50mS conduttance, to prevent damage on elcectrode i need to use a AC mesurement circuit, so i need a AC source signal with appropiate controlled amplitude, a front-end circuit or something of similar.
Does anyone see any circuit of this type ?
