Hello
I'm trying to simulate the s-parameters of the transfer function of a active bandpass filter using active inductor. How set up the analysis of simulation in cadence.

Hello.
There are many tutorials on S parameters measuring for VCOs and mixers. The steps are the same. In fact you have to use a Port source at input/output, considering a 50ohm input/output impedance and after this you chose SP and NF analysis. That's all. I'm sorry for this delay but right now I have found this topic.
