I am currently working on the feasibility of the following idea so any help would be appreciated

Its just a small project in which the goal is to control the sound emanating from the inbdividual speakers, i have two speakers attached with my PC.

WHat i want from them is that to control the signals coming from left speaker and the right speaker. Then i would like to change the phase of signal of one speaker and listen to sounds of different phases from my speakers and playing around like that. I am using matlab right and just looking for few pointers.
