nxtgrd

please help. i am using calibre for drc and lvs. i need to extract my design using starXtract. i know i need a .nxtgrd file as database. the manual tells me i can generate it by converting my itf file. but i am having trouble understanding how to make one manually. i can create it from a sipp model, but i don;t think i have that either. do you have advice/thoughts?

star rcxt manual

Is it TSMC?? Do you have full access to the foundry documentation?? I can send you a sample file for a 90 nm process, but it's just a sample!! You will have to teak it to adjust the values for your specific process.

Let me know if this would work for you.

Regards,

diemilio
