What do you want exactly? Communicate with a PC (via rs232, for example) or "only" with a PC PS2 keyboard ...

i want to make a keyboard with a mcu.

Send keystrokes and receive some configuration throw the ps2.

The communication will only from PS2.

if you want to build a pc keyboard , you can use obdev frimware and build a usb keyboard.

for ps2 keyboard you must know about ps2 protocol that its easy, but take more time.
