file transfer using pic

Plz suggest me a 8 bit PIC microcontroller (18F series) for USB interfacing so that i can transfer simple text file and can store in external memory i.e. file transfer from PC to external memory through USB using PIC.

or you can suggest any other methods if any for this purpose.
