How to modulate the baseband signal to the 70 MHz IF?

Hi there
Iwonder if any one know how they do up conversion or modulating the baseband signal to the IF frequency 70 MHz
and do you know any practical circuit for doing that

Hi,
To generate a modulated signal(FM) of 70MHz IF, generate 70MHz from a stable oscillator and apply it as carrier to the input of FM modulator along with modulating signal.Many practical circuits are available in the net for FM generation.
