NeoCell error: failed to enter interactive placer mode

Hello!
I have some problems with layout synthesis.
When i try to place components to layout editor (NeoCell)
the following message occur:
"Sorry: Error setting up Placer.
Placer functionality unavailable
Entering IP Mode
Failed to enter interactive placer mode, returning to ready mode "
