need ADS Front End design kit for the TSMC

The newest TSMC .18 and .25 mixed signal/RF library is not compatible with the ADS Front End design kit I got.
Is there any new versions?

tsmc model for ads

which versions do you have? the design kits don't have the models embeded in them. they assume you have the models already from tsmc and then convert these libraries into the ads format, otherwise, the symbol views, etc. are included.

front end design using ads

v3.1 for .25 tech, and v2 for .18 tech.
but the .net files for ads included in tsmc lib are not compatiable with the front end version list above.

Have anybody have solution?
 

tsmc model ads

v4.0 for .18 tech is already available. you may download it if you have an account on TSMC website.
 

need @DS Front End design kit for the TSMC

Could you tell me how to make ads model from TSMC's spectre netlist file, or how to make the ADS model from TSMC design kit.

TSMC provide the netlist file of ADS type, but I don't know the way to include the model in ADS environment.

thanks in advanced.
 

I believe you can get these from MOSIS after signing the neccesary agreements
