Spectre error: Zero diagonal found in Jacobian at 'net54'

for designing Sigma Delta modulator,
when I simulate modulatr block as using switch of anlaoglib, this problem is generated at Spectre.
"Zero diagonal found in Jacobian at 'net54'"
I don't know this.
If you know it, please instruct to me.

now i have the same problem, did you solve the problem?


I solved it by setting the convergence parameter "cmin" to 1f in the option
