how to make a classic opamp input stage rail to rail

I am designing a classic two stage opamp ,how can I make its input stage have rail to rail CMIR?
My design is follwed the steps stated on ALLEN's book
 

you can use two input pairs NMOS and PMOS
so you can get the rail to rail ICMR
