limiting number of licenses used in bsub

Hi,
I'm trying to run regression using specman in LSF cluster. Is there anyway possible with which the number of specman licenses can be limited for the regression run?

I'm trying to create a job array in bsub and assign individual testcases to the array index, but, it doesn't seem to be working. Any help will be really appreciated
