[problem] I can not start cosmos scope

I receive this error when I try to run Cosmos Scope :cry:
I tried uninstalling and installing again but still receive this error.
It seem the error refers to a file in my profile directory
"C:\Documents and Settings\q"
but I dont know which file it is!
can anyone help me I really dont know what to do, please

I solved my problem!!!! for anyone who is interested :arrow:
the problem was because of my computer name!
cscope generates a folder named "saberdesigner" it is hidden, in that folder there is a file named "aim2session_your computer name,your username"
this is a text file you can edit. and contains ' Host = your computer name
the problem with my computer was that my computer name was a special name, Alt+255 and the error simply says the computers host name is not a string, so I simply changed my computer name.
