Equation that relates the "area" and "perimeter" of a diode and its resistance

hi

I need an equation which relate the "area" and "perimetre" of the diode
and her resistance.

if there is any link or doc, it will be very helpful

thanks

Re: rapid question

See here something about this:
The surface dependence of the inverse of the dynamic resistance-area product at zero bias R0A as a function of the perimeter-to-area ratio can be
approximated as
1/R0A = [(1/R0A)bulk + (1/rsurface)(P/A)]
where
R0A bulk is the bulk R0A contribution (Ω cm2),
rsurface is the surface resistivity (Ω cm),
P is the diode’s perimeter,
and A is the diode’s area.
