AC line sensing normally closed switch

Dear All

I'm looking for an IC that sens the AC line and switch OFF (open circuit)
when the line voltages exceed 400v Peak

and switch back ON when the peak is less than 350v

i.e the IC give a normally closed contacts that switch open if Vpeak>400
and swich close when V< 350

i found ic like this but it's normally open ( STR83145)

I need one that is normally closed
