how to design a buffered opamp with low power?
how to ensure that the gain of the buffer is exactly equal to one, that is ,vout=vin?
please give me some advice.

I am not sure if i understand your requirement. If you want a simple unity gain buffer. u can use a OPAMP with the output feedback to the negative input of the OPAMP and with the signal input at positive input of the OPAMP

Well, you design your normal opamp, and then you just put a buffer after the final stage.

There is no way you can make a buffer with a gain of exactly 1 (IN REALITY OF COURSE). If you do that, submit it as a paper

my mean is,how to design a buffer for driving (low) resistive load?the buffer must pull or push current of 100uA.
